Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Nam's Ropa Clothes Factory, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality clothing and impeccable service. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. To ensure a clear and fair process for both our customers and our factory, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Orders:

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled without any penalty if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team immediately to process the cancellation.
  • After 24 Hours but Before Production: If the order is cancelled after 24 hours but before the production process has started, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged.
  • After Production Has Started: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. You will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
  • 2. Custom and Bulk Orders:

    • Within 24 Hours: For custom or bulk orders, cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will incur no penalty.
    • After 24 Hours but Before Material Procurement: If the cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before the materials have been procured, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value will be charged.
    • After Material Procurement or During Production: Custom and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been procured or production has started. You will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
  • 3. Rush Orders:

    • Rush orders are subject to the same cancellation policy as standard orders. However, due to the expedited nature of rush orders, any cancellations after production has started will incur a penalty of 50% of the total order value.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed. Please keep this email for your records.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once ordered:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have already been shipped
