Exchange Policy
What is your Exchange Policy?
Nam’s Ropa 7-days exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased from the Nam’s Ropa website for any reason within 7 days of receiving of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Exchange Fee: For all exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of Rs.99 will be charged, which will be included in the replacement order invoice. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.The fee will also be applicable in case you opt for a Gift Card/ voucher.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges and damaged product exchanges.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 10-days Exchange Policy:
-All items to be exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
-A Rs. 99 fee applies to exchanges and will be included in the replacement order invoice. The fee will also be applicable in case you opt for a Gift Card/ voucher.
-We provide customers with a store credit in the form of a Gift Card worth the price of the product(excluding shipping charges and an exchange fee of Rs 99)
-The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges and damaged products.
-Exchange is only allowed if there is a size issue. You can opt to take the next size you need. If the particular size is not available on the website, we will provide you with a gift voucher.
-If you have received any defective product, please inform it to us within 48 hours after the delivery. Once our quality team checks the same, we will send you the new product.
-Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Nam’s Ropa account.
-Please check the items, type of exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the exchange request you In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
